Whenever Caleb gives a workshop or keynote address, he has two equally important objectives.
The first is to give people methods they can immediately take back to their businesses and apply. The second is to make people laugh while they’re learning these things.
When you hire Caleb to speak, he will:
-
Interview at least three people in your organization about they key concerns, problems, and needs.
-
Learn exactly what your organization does and how it goes about doing it.
-
Notify you in advance of my travel itinerary.
-
Notify you as soon as he arrives at the venue.
-
Contact you immediately should any serious delays occur.
-
Be 100% completely accessible to you from the time he arrives at the venue until the time he leaves.
-
Be in the meeting room at least one hour before he speaks to make sure everything’s ship-shape with the AV equipment.
-
Provide a written introduction as long or a short as you wish.
-
Never use off-color language or material.
-
Stick to his time frame and adjust his speech on-the-fly if necessary.
-
Use lots stories.
-
Use lots of humor.
-
Stick around after his speech to briefly answer questions.
-
Never disclose any sensitive information about your organization, and will gladly sign any non-disclosure agreement.
-
Be willing to accept phone calls or emails to follow up on the speech from audience members or executives.
Requirements:
Unless required for a customized presentation, Caleb does not use PowerPoint and thus does not require any associated AV equipment beyond a standard handsfree microphone. When necessary, he is able to give step-by-step instruction when needed with the assistance of content-rich handouts and workbooks he leaves for audience members.
